Frequently Asked Questions

Does the HOA have an annual assessment?

Per the Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, an HOA Annual Assessment is set by the HOA Board on a yearly basis.

Are there other HOA fees when purchasing?

Per the Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, a HOA Capitalization Fee equal to the yearly HOA Annual Assessment is due upon the sale of any property(s).

What is the Process for building a house?

Please refer to the Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions as to what is allowed.  Prior to building, all building specs should be sent to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  A form is completed by the property owner and submitted electronically to the ARC for approval.
